“Great place, better staff!”
The palace is beautiful, well located, and very clean. Faouzi and his team are the best; they helped me surprise my girlfriend for her birthday and were exceptional in everything.

Staying right in the medina was a stunning and unique experience, and the staff—Faouzi, Helmi, Walid, and Mohammed—went above and beyond to make us feel safe, welcomed, and fully enjoy our visit; I would definitely return.

The Arabic style and friendly staff created a peaceful vibe, but the location was extremely hidden in the souk, and at night we felt a bit scared in the dark. Thankfully, there were very helpful people who guided us and gave us a sense of security.
The setting felt characteristic, traditional and authentic, yet for a five‑star place one expects more comfort – the spa was closed, there was no bar, breakfast was good but not a buffet, and there was no entertainment lounge.

The highest praise, however, goes to the staff: their friendliness from start to finish made us feel at home immediately. In particular, the breakfast waiter was always attentive, mindful of every detail, and eager to help with anything we needed, which truly set the tone for the day. The accommodation blends the magic of the medina with close, caring service—definitely a place we'd revisit.
