“Lieu enchanteur à deux”

The apartment was very well located. The host and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The courtyard was great. The air‑conditioning worked well during the heatwave. The fridge was too small for our needs (room fridge). There was no washing machine in the apartment even though the booking details implied otherwise. However, the host can do laundry for you, for a moderate fee that is very reasonable.

“Séjour très agréable et au repos aux portes de la vieille ville de Pérouse.”

The accommodation was spacious, very comfortable and immaculate, and the kitchen was well equipped (the place was a bit dark but at 40° it was fine! 😁 And there was air‑conditioning, of course.). We had access to the house garden, which was very pleasant, with a little rabbit hopping around now and then. 😊 We were also very well received by Marta who washed our clothes (in a machine) for 4 €, which was very handy. Finally, the lodging is very well situated, at the gates of the old town, at the foot of the Rocca Paolina. On the downside, parking on the street is impossible (by the way, it is best really to avoid driving into the old town) but it is not a real issue because there are several public parking lots (cheap) within 10 min walking distance. I strongly recommend the B&B Uva Fragola!

“La collocazione della struttura è pittoresca, mi è piaciuto tutto!”

The garden was very pretty and the property was welcoming. The stairs were tiring in the heat but there was also an alternative route to take.
