There were school games going on, creating a mess, and I had to go to the front desk three times in the early morning (04:00, 05:00, 05:40) to ask the staff to speak with the noisy room, only to be told it was normal during game season; the hallway also smelled very odd, which was a real disappointment and left me without sleep for three days. The room itself was not clean.

Overall, everything was fine. The neighbors were noisy and rude during a law students’ conference. I almost wanted to write to PUC and uniBrasil: “I hope your students become better lawyers than they are as guests.” Those young people were aggressive and arrogant.

The coffee was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the location was good. The TV had no signal, and the bathroom box was not clean.

The covered parking was safe, but the comfort was lacking, there were ants in the bed, and the breakfast was either not replenished or took too long.
