Very comfortable stay and also very conveniently located property

The check‑in was quick, and the room could accommodate the whole family; breakfast was decent, but the room feels a bit outdated.

The staff were friendly, yet there was no pool access.

I liked the location and appreciated the late‑night staff’s attention, but the toilet in my bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and the next room assigned was even worse—see photos.

Nothing positive—my family and I had to leave during the Labor Day holiday, and I live a long distance away. The hotel withdrew money from my account and then claimed my card had declined after they had already taken the money; I will never stay at the Best Western in Erie PA again.
