The architecture and local information about the building’s Kalisz history are impressive, but you can't open the windows in the room.

Everything was almost perfect. The hotel itself is fantastic and should earn five stars. The reception staff, especially the woman with the eastern accent, seemed to do everything they could but it felt like they were doing it as a punishment for a crime. Staff in such positions represent the hotel and should be VERY FRIENDLY AND WARM, but that was sorely missing.

The location is lovely, and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast area is a little too small – there isn’t enough space for everyone.
