“Not worth the cost”

The pool was nice, yet the hot tub was out of service and the shower was broken. When I told the front desk about the broken shower, they simply said “sorry” and didn’t offer a fix or a room change. My niece refused to share a bed with her boy cousin, but the front desk claimed there were no roll‑away beds or alternatives, even though I had confirmed a roll‑away bed was needed when I booked. We ended up buying an air mattress for her. People who look like the owners live on the 4th floor, which makes the place feel cheap despite its price. They tried to charge me $25 for arriving 15 minutes early, forcing us to wait in our car for those 15 minutes—a ridiculous demand. The staff were barely friendly and acted as if we were bothering them. It was not a good stay and I won’t return.

“For o er 200 dollars, felt it didn’t meet its value”

The beds were comfy and the rooms stayed clean, but the staff were unfriendly. The hot breakfast was almost inedible toward the end of the breakfast period, the room had an overwhelming perfume smell, the hot tub was broken, the pool deck needed repair, and the shuttle bus didn’t arrive at the scheduled 4:30 am.

“Helpful as my flight was cancelled and I needed a place I could walk to and get back the next day to airport.”

The location was convenient for an early flight to the airport, and there was nothing else to complain about.
