The hotel was basic but the rooms were spotless, with fresh bedding each day—great value if you’re on a budget. The rooms were really small and had no built‑in air‑conditioning, but for the price I wouldn’t complain.

The price was good, but everything smelled like kebab.

The location was perfect, the room was a good size and the balcony was nice. However, there’s a kebab restaurant inside the hotel, so the smell of meat and cigarettes drifts into the bedroom, making it hard to open the balcony doors. Also, the bedroom door can’t be locked from the inside, which felt unsafe to me.

The hotel is less than a kilometre from the beach, surrounded by friendly restaurants. The staff are polite and helpful, and many buses give easy access to Palma, the mountains, and coves. My room felt like an oven at night, and the fan cord was too short to reach the outlet properly, while the fan was noisy enough that I couldn’t leave it on all night. The street in front of the hotel is very busy and loud, so I couldn’t sleep with the window open. The bathroom is functional but poorly arranged; if you weigh over 60 kg you’ll get wet. You can use the toilet, wash your hands, and rinse your feet all at once. The area is extremely touristy, which takes away from any local authenticity. I understand the frustration of the locals.

Aquí va una opinión con CRITERIO: El precio por noche más bajo de todo Mallorca. No tiene aire acondicionado? No, es aparte. Valóralo antes de elegir, nada más. La verdad es un 10 relación calidad precio. Soy agente de viajes y he visto de TODO. Se cuando algo es reclamable y acá veo mucha gente en comentarios que le gusta pagar poco y obtener el servicio y calidad de un Melià. El hotel cumple su función, limpio, básico, con lo necesario. Si viajas en pleno julio y agosto evidentemente la afluencia de gente será mayor y al igual que otros hoteles, recuperarse de errores, ocupación completa, limpieza más rápida y empleados saturados puede que haya cosas que no salgan al 100% en tu estancia. En mi caso mi motivo de estancia no fue ocio, fue trabajo y visitar amigos. Si quiero relajarme en una piscina enorme y habitación de hotel moderna debo pagar más. Así funciona el mercado.
