“Não vale o valor pago”

The location is central and the outdoor area of the inn is quite pleasant. The mattress comfort was terrible; the room was very old and needed a renovation to justify the current room rate. Parking was very small; we had to park on the nearby street. The breakfast café had a good variety and tasty food, but it only operated from 8 to 10 am and was poorly organized; we spent a long time searching for cutlery, plates, etc., before we could sit down to eat. The price was high for what was offered.

The location was great, but the bed was awful—you could feel the bed frame, so I ended up sleeping on the floor. When breakfast arrived, they set up a coffee and cappuccino machine next to the breads, cakes, and fruit, and since I didn't see any other coffee or milk, I assumed it was the only option. The cup never even filled, and the receptionist was already asking for the room number (which was paid). When I asked, he told me the coffee and milk that were part of the package were kept in another room. That strategy was definitely clever.
