“Bon séjour, cuisine excellente, mais rapport qualité prix pas top.”

The room was nice and the hotel sits in a beautiful spot; we especially liked the friendly staff, the coffee machine, and the absolutely delicious meal—truly a highlight. However, the sauna smelled strongly of damp and mold, and the toilets carried a foul sewer odor. We also saw missing mosaic tiles in the bathroom and spider webs. Another let‑down was that we couldn’t use the indoor heated pool because it was closed due to the cold.

The room was comfortable and the dinner was excellent. Having stayed three times before, we were excited to celebrate our eighth wedding anniversary here. Unfortunately, the quality had dropped sharply: the advertised heated pool was cold, the wave machine stopped working, and the Japanese bath was cold with low water. Some facilities looked worn, and we questioned the jacuzzi water’s cleanliness. The biggest disappointment was the lack of privacy; a noisy group of about fifteen people stayed until midnight, disturbing our dinner and even the room. This clashed with the romantic atmosphere we sought. Also, although the food was good, the menu felt out of season, offering more winter dishes in the middle of summer.

The location, the pool, the jacuzzi, and the size of the rooms were positives. The quality of the dinner was a negative.

A spacious and pleasant room, and the large spa bath in the room was very enjoyable. The kitchen could use improvement, and the meals were quite expensive for the quality offered.
