“A good place to stay for a quick stop for a night.”

The location was convenient, halfway to Niagara Falls, and the interior of the building was tidy; I appreciated the quiet room and its cleanliness upon arrival, and the bar with pool tables was a bonus. The exterior, however, resembled a hospital more than a hotel, and although the room itself was clean, the towels looked somewhat worn.

“Needs help with cleaning.”

The staff were very nice, but there were no bed‑bug or pillow covers, the mattress and pillows had a lot of yellow grime, the top blanket had multiple blood stains, the shower walls looked unclean for months, the tub was brown with mold, the bathroom sink drain was clogged with mold, the floor had not been cleaned, and after wiping the room with my own wipes I left it cleaner than when I arrived.

The staff were friendly, but the entire third floor carried a strong smoke odor, our room appeared uncleaned, and the shower contained hair.

“Time for overhaul.”

The TV had decent science programming, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean; the hotel needs a major overhaul, the bathroom fan was broken, the Jacuzzi tub was non‑functional and required repainting and repair, and the pool area was not the cleanest.
