I want to thank the front‑desk lady for her wonderful cooperation, constant smile, and quick check‑in and check‑out. The location is excellent and close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. Cleaning is done daily with high quality. An unforgettable experience – I’ll definitely stay here again on future visits. Thank you, Orchids Ocean!

The location is great and the price is affordable. It’s not a bad place, but it didn’t meet my expectations regarding overall facilities and cleanliness, especially the air‑con.

The staff were nice and accommodated us when we couldn’t pay by cash; they took one passport from our group as collateral so we could withdraw from an ATM the next day. They also let us leave our bags after check‑out so we could keep exploring the city before heading to the airport. They cleaned the towels every day, so it was good value for money. The walls are thin and you can hear the rooms next door. Ambulant vendors with loudspeakers can be heard even at night; it’s recommended to stay above the third floor or bring earplugs. The space beneath the bed was filthy.
