“Great location, staff and lovely rooms”

Great staff, clean and nice rooms, and very close to market square so perfect location to everything downtown, but unfortunately there was a pipe burst so we had no water for one of the days. Not hotels fault but affected experience. Quite pricey but it was a busy weekend.

I didn’t eat there. I booked this stay through bookings.com and paid ahead for the room on Aug 19. When we checked out ON AUG 22, 2026 were again charged $228.16 PLUS TAX. I DID NOT REALIZE THE DOUBLE CHARGE UNTIL I GOT MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. IS THERE A WAY TO CORRECT THIS?

The location is fantastic, surrounded by many restaurants and bars, though the parking lot was full; a game was happening, so that explains the congestion.

The staff were amazing, very accommodating and genuinely caring about each guest, so I definitely recommend staying here; it was a solid place to stay.
