The wellness and food were good, but the hallway rugs were annoying and the coffee was weak.

The hotel surpassed our expectations; everything was in perfect order, the room equipment, cleanliness, service, and functional Netflix on the TV (for the lazy) were all excellent, the pool was beautiful (we didn't visit the wellness itself, but it looked nice), the massage was great, and the staff were always very pleasant and helpful (reception ladies, housekeeping, wellness ladies, the massage therapist, and restaurant staff). The real highlight was the restaurant, with outstanding breakfasts and buffet dinners, though perhaps a bit modest for a pampered Prague guest, but the high quality and variety of dishes were fantastic (the entire kulajda or the duck pâté), various homemade spreads, salty pastries, tempting homemade cakes, pastries, and desserts. There was a fruit fresh option, an incredible selection of bagged and loose teas, and finally, after a while, the hotel offered non‑diluted juices and good coffee with breakfast. Prices for food and drinks were surprisingly reasonable, and even the minibar items were priced fairly, so guests aren't afraid to indulge. Absolutely great, we will definitely come back. We don't even mention the surroundings and trip options :o) The only downside is that the hotel has no elevator, but it's a wellness hotel, so that’s expected :)) (though for seniors, hauling a suitcase to the 3rd floor might be a bit much). Some might find the mattress a little soft and high (personal preference), and next to the pool a small basic hotel gym would be nice for physical activity. Otherwise there's really nothing to complain about, and we give it one of the highest ratings in recent years (it would be 9.5, but booking doesn’t allow that), and we can recommend this hotel with a clean heart.
