Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Salisbury - Delmar by IHG

The location and cleanliness were good, but my room had no hot water and they wouldn’t move me because of a price difference.

“Pleasant everybody was great front desk housekeeping food fantastic”

Everything was fantastic, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

“If you enjoy cold showers”

The location was convenient, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable; the woman at the breakfast counter was very pleasant. However, there was no hot water in the shower on Saturday night or Sunday morning, and the front‑desk staff explained that the water heater was far from the room and the water had to travel a long distance through the pipes. 🙄

“Great place to stay in this area as other hotels are quite run-down”

The property was super clean, the staff were great, and the location was decent. There were no negatives.

“Fine, but expensive for the what we experienced just to sleep while traveling”

Breakfast was excellent and the bed was very comfy. The first room assigned was not clean: the beds had been merely pulled up, the sheets were dirty, a cockroach dead on the bathroom floor, no shower mat, and toilet paper hanging off the rods—just a dirty room! I was moved to another room.
