“It is ok. But they can do it better I think.”

Location. The room had a kitchen cooking oil smell, probably from a nearby restaurant exhaust fan outlet. Breakfast was frozen, wrap‑and‑go; I think staff should inform guests ahead or pre‑heat to delivery, otherwise the client checks out, drives away, and then realizes they need a microwave.

“Dirty and lacking maintenance!”

We booked a stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Downtown in Regina, but it was a total letdown. Almost every outlet in our room was dead, the AC wasn’t working, and the jacuzzi tub even had a hole. The worst part was finding a bed bug in our bed – that’s simply unacceptable for any hotel. The staff couldn’t offer a refund on the spot or relocate us, which was incredibly frustrating. Dana, who was on duty, was kind and tried to help, but we’re still waiting for the manager to contact us about a full refund and how they’ll fix the situation.

“For being downtown, it was quite quiet and and the suite was so spacious”

The rooms were unexpectedly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything else was just fine.
