I stayed in a room that was well equipped and super comfortable, but it was a separate unit tucked behind a house on a plot of land, so the overall feel of the place was not as cozy as I expected.

“Schönes kleines Appartement”

I found this place to be a good alternative to Boquete with a chance for better weather; it sits between David and Boquete, and a large supermarket is just 2 minutes away by car. The apartment is small and located in the back part of the garden, with a little lawn and chairs if you want to sit outside. You can park your car behind a fence, and the key exchange is done via a lockbox with a code. The kitchen is well equipped. However, the bathroom needs hooks and a small lamp by the bed. The neighbor’s dog is very loud when it hears unfamiliar voices. The photos on the booking site can be misleading because the apartment is actually behind a house in the garden. The house you see from the street is beige, and to the right there's a black gate in a white wall. It’s best to contact the owner; they’ll send more info and pictures.
