Turned up at the hotel only to be told there was no space left, so they asked me to cancel the booking. Ended up with no room and a wasted trip.

The pool was nice and the staff were friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The downside is there’s no restaurant on‑site for breakfast, so you have to go elsewhere for the first meal.

The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, which I liked. The only complaint is the tax – they add a hefty amount of VAT that really bumps up the price.

Staff were super helpful and really went out of their way to make things easy. The location is spot‑on, close to downtown and a park, and the whole vibe felt calm and reliable. Would definitely stay again.
