The room was spotless, the sheets were neat, and the air‑conditioning worked well; the windows faced the courtyard, so sleeping was comfortable. When I asked for an iron and a small ironing board, they were handed over right away. The staff could have been a bit friendlier, and the breakfast offered was rather limited.

The hotel is brand new and offers ample parking for about 15 cars. They serve a complimentary continental breakfast that includes juice, filtered coffee, and eggs. The place feels pleasant, and behind it lies a garden suitable for events, while in front there's a restaurant called El Dorado that offers good quality food at reasonable prices. Near the entrance there's a small shop where you can buy water and other small items. The rooms face the avenue, so the noise feels as if you were on the street. There are rooms at the back that are quieter, but I never stayed in those. The daytime staff are quite harsh and seem indifferent to guests. In contrast, the night staff are very friendly, and the difference is obvious. For instance, when I arrived with luggage, instead of helping, they warned me that I might drop something. Another night‑shift employee did help me with my luggage. Obviously, the owner is not nearby and is unaware of these issues. I was assigned the same room twice, room 08, and both times the bathroom had a clogged pipe. They first tried to blame me, then admitted that the bathroom already had a problem. I had to use another room’s bathroom, which was risky traveling alone on the coast.
