“Nice area outside looks dull but room was decent had cockroaches all over the place”

The studio was nice and spacious, but I did encounter cockroaches.

“Very disappointing”

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable—that’s all. I’m disabled and use a cane, so I needed a downstairs room. I told the front‑desk woman that I needed one, but she said all the doubles were upstairs and asked what I was going to do. I had no choice but to take the room. She was blonde and it was around 3:07 pm. I nearly fell three times on the stairs. I was so exhausted by the time I reached the room that I had to use my inhaler, and I don’t think I’ll return.

“I’ll continue to travel from Miami to Tampa, from my doctors appointments and stay there”

The front‑desk lady was very polite and professional. This was my second stay and the room was as clean as before. It had all the basics—a stove, refrigerator, TV, and a nice big bed—which is all I need and worth the value. Maybe add more warm blankets.

“It was not to my liking just need to be clean and wanted to get new sheets and towels”

The bed was filthy when I pulled the sheets from the bottom, and the shower curtain had grime at the base.
