I was impressed by how polished the rooms and common areas felt; the spa ranks among the best I've seen, and breakfast was both plentiful and high‑quality. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms—something that should be added as summers get hotter, especially for those who dislike sleeping with windows open.

The pool and spa were enjoyable, but the rooms were extremely small, even smaller than those at comparable or cheaper hotels in the Dolomites. The kitchen was mediocre, and the property’s proximity to the road and cable‑car parking made the view and outdoor area unpleasant. There was no overnight room‑service option, and overall the value for money was terrible.
