“Despite a decent room and friendly housekeeping staff, poor customer service, security concerns, and filthy pool and hot”

The room was clean enough, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and pleasant. Customer service, however, was a huge let‑down: after the hotel gave us a phone number to change the reservation so my husband could check in first, my name never got added back. The next day, a rude front desk employee denied me access to our room, acted as if I was lying, and showed no empathy. I spent almost an hour trying to fix it until another staff member resolved the problem in minutes. My husband received a key to a room that was already occupied, and several exterior doors wouldn’t close properly. The pool was dirty with trash floating in it, and the hot tub had algae and wasn’t filled correctly. All in all, the service, security, and cleanliness of the amenities were unacceptable.

The staff were not very pleasant, there were missing towels and bed linens, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the hotel could really use a proper restaurant, it looks older and some areas lack cleanliness (door handles and railings). I do not recommend it at all.

I usually don’t post negative reviews, but this time it was unavoidable: the bathroom floor lifted every time you stepped on it, the light flickered like a disco, and the tub had more hair than a monkey. I had to shower in that mess, and the hair clung to my feet and legs because the water wouldn’t drain. When I went to hand the key back, the staff were chatting; they saw me, but no one came over for the three or four minutes I stood there waiting. Terrible. The elevator was dirty, the hotel was disgusting, and it was expensive too.
