The Park Kolkata

“Well-maintained rooms and remarkably thoughtful service, with special thanks to Flr Mgr Ms.Chiin”

I had a wonderful stay at The Park. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the staff—they are genuinely invested in ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their empathy and attention to even the smallest details made us feel completely looked after. A special mention to the floor manager, Ms. Chiin, whose warmth, professionalism, and proactive care stood out throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The location is very good, but the rooms were dirty and the bathrooms were pathetic with water logging. The experience was uncomfortable, and the reception staff attitude was very rough, behaving like traitors. The AC is good, though.

“Stay at Park Oct 2nd to 4th 2026”

Good polite staff, excellent location, and nice clubs and bar. The rooms didn’t meet expectations, with very poor bathrooms, continuous water flow in the toilet area, and extremely old shower systems that weren’t functioning properly.

The location is excellent, but the thermostat was set very low.
