We hadn't planned a stop on our way to Lake Bled, but we were running late and found Roger & Louise's place after searching “hotels near me.” What a gem! They are the warmest and most knowledgeable hosts, the accommodation is clean and comfortable, and the location is super tranquil. Plus, the price is great. Unbeatable! If I had to nit‑pick, I’d say the towels could be softer. 😂

The accommodations were beautiful, immaculate, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Walking the Juliana Alps trail, this location is close to the trail, and since food is a distance away, the hosts can offer both dinner and a packed lunch, which was a great bonus. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices. Highly recommend.

We spent three wonderful nights at this gorgeous Guest House. Our room was large and beautiful, with the most comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and a private upstairs courtyard overlooking the mountains and valley. Roger and Louise were the perfect hosts, communicating promptly and making us feel so comfortable in their home. We had breakfast and superb dinners cooked by Louise. My recommendation is to stay here—you won’t find anything better!

This place was outstanding in every way! The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, the room was quiet and comfortable. The whole place was obviously painstakingly cared for and geared to give guests a 5‑star experience. Nothing at all! I wish we could have stayed longer!
