“Publicidad de Hotel Engañosa”
Nothing good. I arrived and no one spoke English; nobody could explain that I had to pay at reception and that my reservation didn't include payment. The lack of clarity about why I had to pay was frustrating, and the worst part was that the room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I thought filtering through the site would recommend a good hotel, but it was not. I should have chosen an international chain.
