The room was spacious with a big bed and an extra bed was set up for our kid
The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything I needed
They didn't have robes, but everything else was provided, including tooth kits, shower caps, and really good slippers
The rooms were clean and comfy with a nice view from the window

“Good choice”
The room was spacious, the mattress was fine, and the internet worked well. The hotel is a bit far from the center and most restaurants, but there’s a supermarket across the street. Plenty of parking is available right in front. The attached restaurant was closed, so breakfast was unavailable; I couldn’t tell if it was permanently shut or just not open yet for the season.
I had a pretty rough experience at Hotel Gyumri, so we ended up moving to Nane, but I gotta say, Nane was really nice. We only stayed there one night, but it was a big improvement. The hotel was nice, really nice.
I liked the convenient parking and the price was pretty good for what you get. However, there were some downsides - no room service, the mattress was really hard, and the room wasn't spotless. For one night, it was okay, but I wouldn't stay here for long.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the breakfast time here - 9am to 11am? That's super late, if you ask me. I mean, usually, it's 7:30 to 10am in most places, so I rated the facilities based on that.
