All the staff are excellent and very helpful, polite and dignified, yet mosquitoes were present and there was a lot of noise.

The staff were friendly, but the maintenance area had poor flooring.

The staff were very flexible and courteous, yet there should be a table in the rooms for guests to work.

The clan room was good for the location and the price was decent, but there was no breakfast included even though it was part of the cost, and I expected breakfast. There was no table to work at, even though we had an option to travel for that, and when I asked the staff set up a tiny table that was literally useless, leaving no space at all for a proper work table.
