The location was ideal for walking two stages of the Pieterpad, and the cabins were close to the water, giving a nice view. The cabin was very clean and the beds were great. The kitchenette was surprisingly well equipped. However, the cabin was much smaller than it appeared in the photos; it was fine for two people but I wouldn’t want to stay there with four. We couldn’t use the later checkout option, and a receptionist told us that on the day of departure we could no longer use the pool. Later, over the phone, a helpful colleague corrected that. I don’t know what the rules are for the pool on the last day, but I didn’t find that receptionist very customer‑friendly.

The location was excellent and the swimming pool was nice. We stayed in the trekkershut plus, but the bedrooms were tiny.
