I’ve stayed here several times, it’s inexpensive but not very cheerful. After my last visit I raised a concern about the bedroom door being hard to unlock—a serious fire hazard—and they didn’t reply, so I won’t return.

The location was good, they let us check in early, and the staff were friendly. The only issue was a minor inconvenience with the food.

Despite the city’s festive vibe, the noise didn’t bother us. However, we booked a room at one address and were sent to another without explanation; the hotel was old, not very clean, and the furniture and equipment were outdated—just okay.
