The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, the pool was good overall, everything was great. The pool water was very cold.

It’s a very pretty and quiet spot. The rooms are nice, spacious, comfortable, the bathroom is large and very clean, the common areas are quite comfortable and pleasant, and I loved the mural in the central courtyard. There’s no restaurant and it’s a bit far from food, but they give a list of nearby places that can bring you food to the hotel. It’s quite remote, and unless you have a car, getting an Uber or Didi takes about 15 minutes. The pool is fine, but it needs cleaning/maintenance; we intended to go in, but the water was a little greenish and already had fungus in some areas, so if we had gone in, even with the cold water, it would have been worse.

“Bad experience.”

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the property was well maintained. The girl at the front desk ruined everything good the property has to offer; her terrible attitude and lack of customer service were awful. Having to walk to the gate and open it every time a guest arrives or leaves is too much for what she’s paid. There’s nobody at the front desk after dark and no restaurant on the property, so plan accordingly if you stay here. Once you’re in, you’re locked in until the next morning.

“Beautiful”

I fell head over heels for this incredible place. The moment I stepped foot here, I knew I was in for a treat. It's truly a gem that has captured my heart. I couldn't help but feel a deep connection to this beautiful location.

My room was spotlessly clean, but the chilly temperature made it uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the staff's service was lacking, and to make matters worse, the pool was out of order. It was a disappointing experience that left me feeling unsatisfied.
