Its prime location is just 200 metres from the High Street, featuring quaint shops, tearooms, pubs, and restaurants. Rye Rail Station is 400 metres away, and the hotel is 100 metres from the 14th-century Landgate monument.

The food was good, but the room needed a fresh coat of paint and new carpet.

The room was brilliantly decorated, the veranda was a nice spot to relax, and the on‑site car park was convenient; I’d definitely return. The toilet flush was loud enough to wake someone, and the bathroom was cramped with an overhead shower—prefer a dedicated shower cubicle.
