The host was lovely, thanks 🙂, and the breakfast was fantastic!
I had the best breakfast I’ve ever had, and they let me start earlier than the usual time, which I appreciated. The staff were simply wonderful and made my stay much better. The location is great, within walking distance of major attractions, close to the metro station and several supermarkets. Both my inbound and outbound flights were before dawn, and the hotel offered airport transfer, which was convenient. I stayed in a bigger room than I booked for the first two days. After moving to the second room, one of the bathroom drains would bring water back up for no reason, and the fridge would become loud for a few minutes, waking me at night. Nothing serious, overall I had a very pleasant stay.
Breakfast was abundant and traditional.

The staff were welcoming, and Madonna helped me sort out a flight ticket—thanks, Madonna. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The room windows faced a noisy road, so I could only sleep with earplugs. Getting my luggage up the steep street and then onto the 3rd floor was tough. Water constantly leaked from the fridge, so I had to keep wiping it.

The room had everything you need, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast is great, with lots of food and a different selection every day, and when we had an early start for the tour they arranged a breakfast to go for us, which was a nice extra touch. There’s a big hill to walk up from Rustaveli street/metro, but some buses go close to the hotel. The neighbourhood had good food options, and there’s a small supermarket open 24/7 near the hotel, and it’s also quiet at night.
