Excellent location in the historic center of Guadalajara; if you like walking, you can reach any point in the historic center on foot. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay without hassle. There’s a shared kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, plus a mini fridge in the room, common rest areas, and a small pool. Because it’s not a hotel, there are few rooms, which makes Quinta La Perla a comfortable, quiet, and safe place. The room is cozy, clean, and pleasant, has the basics plus a hair dryer and iron.

“No es lo que fue por mucho, lástima”

I’ve stayed here for three years now, and I’ve always liked how close it is to my places of interest, giving independence, comfort, and functionality. However, this time it was very neglected: the room was dirty, poorly swept, I had no water in the shower the first day, there were many cobwebs in corners and edges, no hand soap, no water to drink in the room, and the walls were very damp. Overall it’s been poorly maintained, which is a shame.

The place was well‑located, pleasant, and safe, with good Wi‑Fi and hot water; the room had the essentials and privacy. I would stay again if they replaced the mattresses with more comfortable ones and added curtains to block the light. Too much light flooded my room because there were no curtains, making it hard to sleep, and the bed was very hard.
