The Wi‑Fi worked fine and the staff did their job. However, 1) upon arrival they offered us a price higher than the one listed on Booking. 2) The room was very dirty, with stains on the sheets, urine in the bathroom, and a strong odor. We asked them to clean and change the sheets, but the cleaning was poor, the sheets were greasy and dusty, and the smell persisted. 3) The bathroom light didn’t work; someone had to come fix it, but no one did. 4) To shower, you always have to ask to turn on the pump, otherwise the water pressure is very weak.

My wife and I stayed at this hostel and everything far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were extremely clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, making us feel like we were at home. The location was very convenient, allowing easy access to everywhere. The common areas were spacious and enjoyable, especially the relaxation zones. In short, it’s a place we would definitely recommend for both comfort and service, and we’re definitely considering a return. Thanks first to Hadra and the staff for everything!

I could see the glowing crosses of my Lord Jesus Christ on the tops of the left and right towers, part of the Christian area, which became my local spot for a 6‑week staycation in Al‑Dhar, church😍🥰❤️
