The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, everyone seemed to care about guests. The views of Le Morne were spectacular. The hotel’s beach is constantly exposed to wind, so the weather is always bad: a lot of air makes it feel cold, so neither the pool nor the beach feels inviting. It’s basically a spot for surfing or similar sports. I’d suggest staying a couple of days just to see the views, but it shouldn’t be your only place in Mauritius, since the island offers so much more, especially if you want to enjoy beaches—here it’s impossible. We didn’t even swim in the pool because of the wind, which was annoying.

“Meilleur hôtel que j'ai fais de ma vie.”

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the service, the atmosphere and the facilities. I especially want to thank Lawrance, the porter, who is extremely professional, caring and always ready to help. A real pleasure! At the restaurant, Alvinio is very helpful, smiling and always pleasant. His welcome really makes the experience even better. A big thank you also to Alexandre, the bartender, who is very sociable, warm, and it’s very enjoyable to chat with him. And a special mention for the 24‑hour open bar concept, which is simply exceptional! It’s a real advantage and adds a lot of comfort and freedom during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will return with great pleasure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A small light on the balcony would be greatly appreciated for smokers.

If you want to be close to Le Morn, this is the right spot. The rooms are rather small, and the silicone seals in the shower are black with mold. We knew the location was windy, but it was a second time and no thanks. You can hardly go to the sea because there are so many kite surfers. The service and buffet have ups and downs, but for the price it’s actually okay. Unfortunately, there’s a faint, weird smell of vomit at the cleaning stations, which is an odd odor for food.
