The hotel staff were excellent—polite and helpful. The floor we stayed on was quiet, the room was dark, the air was warm, and the beds were comfy. However, the bathroom was cramped; the shower box was tiny, so you’d either get a cold burst of water while turning it on or flood the whole bathroom when you opened the door. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room, and parking spots were scarce. We had a clash with another guest over a spot and were offered an uncovered off‑site lot, and we ended up paying for parking every single day.

The hotel was great and the breakfast was excellent, but there were no spare blankets in the room. I had to call reception in the middle of the night, and it would have been easier if there were two or three blankets in the closet.
