The room was very beautiful, with separate toilets and friendly, dedicated staff; the view from the room or the restaurant and the spa (treatments, jacuzzi, hammam, …) is magnificent, and the hotel is close to many restaurants, shops, the port for boat trips, and the casino. The room’s wardrobe lacks shelves, and one has to take stairs to reach the spa, especially if you have joint problems.

The location, architecture, and the room assigned to me (with air‑conditioning set at 24 °C) and the staff’s friendliness were great, as was breakfast. The pool photos are misleading; it’s actually small and the mattresses overhang it. No one was at the front desk at 8:15 am for breakfast, and the bar service was slow. The hotel booked us a table at a restaurant far from the sea that served frozen food, and it did not give us the name of a beach with facilities or lend us towels.

The location, view, staff, cleanliness, and pool are all excellent. There is no fridge or minibar in the room because of ecological reasons, but surely there should be a solution.
