It was good that you could handle various procedures unattended, but when you hit a confusing step, the way to investigate wasn’t clear.

The laundry room, bathroom, and kitchen were all very satisfactory! The location was super convenient—just 2 minutes to a supermarket, whose prices were very reasonable, plenty of convenience stores nearby, only 3 minutes to Osaka Port Station, and close to the aquarium. The laundry area was very clean, with many washing machines, dryers, and irons; the kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, induction stove, plates, knives, forks, and spoons. The lobby had a luggage storage spot for early arrivals or post‑check‑in guests. If I visit Osaka again, I’ll consider staying here. I wish the host’s responses were quicker, especially after we finished the pre‑check‑in steps and needed the main door code—please reply as soon as possible.
