I was staying alone and my cousin brought me to the hotel; the staff repeatedly told my cousin in front of me that bringing someone into the room would incur an extra charge, which felt disrespectful. I went up with my cousin to drop off some gifts and immediately the staff said it would cost more to bring anyone in, which I found rude.

Great location and wonderful staff, but the breakfast coffee was lacking.

The location, breakfast, and friendliness of everyone were good, but the bed and pillows were a bit hard and the Wi‑Fi was very slow, which made it hard to get work done.
