The place was well‑located and clean, but housekeeping tossed a sentimental t‑shirt that we couldn’t retrieve; we reported it the same day and never got any updates beyond “they couldn’t find it.”

Nice location, clean hotel, parking available. Warm water was out, even though they knew before I booked; they only mentioned it once I arrived. It was an ongoing problem for days, and only after I asked was any compensation offered.
