“Autentica casa de pueblo con patio en los romeros”
The house is a genuine village home with nice décor, the village is pleasant with a lively tavern that serves good homemade food and a very friendly waitress, and it’s well‑located for day trips. The stove with wood was very pleasant and necessary. We had to buy paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap for the sink, and gel—small details that would be appreciated. We would have liked some local recommendations or tips; we had a river route nearby. We knew from the website that the pool is available in May, but it was dirty and full of bugs and larvae, so being on the terrace wasn’t very enjoyable, especially in the heat—summer will be better. The house had been closed for some time, and initially there was dampness in the sheets and towels—a detail that can be fixed. It’s not the quietest street in the village because of cars, but the shop is next door. The website says there are mountain views, which seemed odd to me, but the house actually doesn’t have them; that’s probably in the house above.
