The location is beautiful. Check‑in was efficient, the place was very clean, and parking and unloading were easy. It’s not fancy, but it’s very functional and offers good value.

The spot was only 10‑15 minutes from Lubec but still made it easy to reach the state park, and the whole place felt pretty charming. The Jefferson room was huge and super comfy, and the staff and owner were a real laugh. I did think the price seemed steep at first, but once I saw how big the room was it was worth it. I couldn’t find any other options on Booking.

The property was amazing, especially the captains table building that matched my taste and made me feel right at home. From the lookout you could see the water, and the deck was big enough to really relax. The whole place stayed quiet, but the grill area was a nice touch for guests. Dawn and Bill were super helpful, with Dawn always ready to answer any questions—she’s the go‑to person if you need anything. Thanks, Dawn, for everything. The building we stayed in was quiet, clean, and spacious enough for a family.
