The exit is close to a bus stop and a supermarket, and the train station is two kilometres away; the front desk had no card reader, so when I tried to pay by card the staff struggled with a phone for a long time and eventually failed—imagine a hotel that serves guests from around the world can't process card payments, and they didn't even mention it beforehand. At about midnight or two in the morning, staff were still checking rooms or confirming something; they opened the room and turned on the lights without considering that guests were sleeping—this was truly baffling.
