The staff are amazing and super friendly! They assisted us with our lost luggage, handled calls, and followed up. Whenever we sat in the lobby, they served delicious tea and always had great conversations. The breakfast was nice too! Serhat bey and Sezen hanım were a delight!

Very friendly staff. The breakfasts were tasty and we could choose from a large menu. The room was cleaned daily. We used the sauna and hammam twice and really liked it.
