The location offers a view of Etna, the rooms are atmospheric, and the setting is nice; a very kind woman was at breakfast. Unfortunately, there is no option to order drinks at the pool, the venue only hosts wine tastings, and the antique‑framed beds make a lot of noise when you turn over at night.

The room was clean, the shower was great, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive toothbrushes. However, there were not enough outlets in the room.

The location is stunning, breakfast is wonderful, the pool is lovely, and the room is clean, but the bed is very uncomfortable and we woke up with back pain every morning. Staff provided little information, and it was unclear that drinks in the mini fridge cost 5 euros each; no signs indicated this. We learned on our own that the neighboring resort offers discounts to Casa Arrigo guests for their spa, and this should be communicated upon arrival.
