The man at reception was very friendly. The room and bathroom were modernly equipped, the floor was easy to mop, and everything was clean. The hotel is in an industrial area but still quiet; we left the window open overnight, and there is also air conditioning. Parking cost €9. The breakfast was very good—oriental with many hot dishes, plus rolls and bread. The coffee machine at breakfast was broken, so only “normal” coffee was available.

The room was filthy and full of tiny insects, which made me feel completely uneasy; the TV and the fridge both failed to work. When we pointed out these problems, the host’s conduct was utterly inappropriate—he was rude and aggressive, which was completely unacceptable.

The hotel is clean, new, and well‑maintained. The location is great for attractions like Castle Lichtenstein and Burg Hohenzollern… The breakfast is gorgeous and tasty (Turkish cuisine) and the coffee is delicious.

The location was fine and the bed was good, but parking was only available for a fee even on weekends, and the rooms lacked blinds so they couldn’t be darkened—a major drawback.
