Bonjour je ne pas peux acce al hotel pas de réceptionniste pas de téléphone al hotel pas de réponse a 06 je suis resté au froid dehors paye la chambre re sans rentré dan la chambre je te dehors tout la nuit merci de m'écouter et de fair nesseser je pans que je mérite le remboursement avec tout le galer que que je au merci davance bon journée. Non je suis resté dehors avec le froid sans acce al hotel pas de no al hotel pas de réponse le nô affiche 06 je apple plusieurs fois person répondre téléphone messagerie direct je reste tout la nuit dehors au froid an peyan de la chambr hotel vrement anseportabl ce de galère je ne reserve plus a cet hotel je suis dégouté je regrette avoir reserve merci de me fair le nessesere je panse que avec tout ce galère je vous demande de remboursement merci davance bon journée

The reception was very good, but for a single night the TV was unplugged and sitting on a shelf.

The welcome was pleasant, but the room felt rather old; the shower cabin was hard to close and had mold stains, and being on the ground floor near the reception meant the sound insulation was not great.
