Tony who checked us in was excellent. The concierge lounge was awesome. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room well enough.

I stayed at this place right next to the airport and in the city center, so getting around was a breeze. The room was clean, quiet, and the daily grill served great food for both breakfast and dinner. A shuttle to the airport was a nice bonus, and they also run shuttles to Universal Studios, though those can fill up quickly. No complaints to make.
