“È una buona sistemazione”

The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were friendly, the garage was very convenient, and the place felt very safe. The “restaurant” was really disappointing, and the reception never responded to messages.

“Io ci sono stata molto bene ma prezzo/posizione/piccole cose”

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The pool was beautiful, clean, and suitable for a bit of exercise. The cafeteria was good, the atmosphere pleasant with many young people but not noisy, and most staff were friendly and eager. There were laundry facilities, a gym, and ping‑pong—like a well‑run hostel even though I didn’t use them. Every entrance was controlled and you felt safe. In the room the air conditioning worked poorly and was off when I arrived, so I had to go down several times. The WA number didn’t answer. Breakfast was not included, but I found out there was a better price for residents. Bathroom: there was no toilet brush and for five days no one cleaned it. The location… it’s not close to the university unless you have a car, and buses are infrequent. It’s in the middle of nowhere! Getting to the city center takes a long time and to reach the airport you basically need a taxi. In the end I was fine and happy, but the managers and the booking service should inform and care for guests a bit better.

The common facilities are pretty good. We practically flooded the bathroom because the shower wouldn’t drain. No one was at reception. We called the contact number, they said someone would come in a moment and never showed up. We were stuck with the bathroom floor and shower full of water all afternoon and night, unable to use the bathroom without getting wet. My partner couldn’t shower for fear the water would fill the whole room. Also, despite advertising a café that offers dinner and breakfast, it was closed Saturday afternoon/night and Sunday morning, so we couldn’t have breakfast. It felt like a phantom facility, with no staff to turn to if anything went wrong.
