The spot and the staff were great, but I would suggest offering breakfast on Sundays as well.

Reception staff, Ibis and Yolanda were helpful, the room was comfortable with air conditioning, a private bathroom and international TV; however, there was a lot of street noise, especially the garbage truck at dawn and early morning roosters, for rooms facing the street—adding sound‑proof windows would help.

The room had damp walls and the sound insulation could be improved; at night there was loud music from a house across the street, sometimes around 22 h–00 h, which made it hard to rest during the stay.

The staff were friendly, but I didn’t like the location or the building; it felt unsafe at night, with people hanging out and loud music on the streets; the old building had a minimal room, and the power went out in that area one evening while we were there—our family near the beach didn’t experience outages, so it seemed to be a local issue.
