The location was perfect. Had an event at Generations Hall. Breakfast was solid. Great coffee and choices. Suite Room was really great for us with a separate working space. Cleanliness was great. The bar was great to have in-hotel. Each night we were able to unwind at the bar. Breakfast would be better with some bananas

The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and everything else was perfect—nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was fine and the vibe was welcoming. The bartender was warm and made us feel right at home. The only issue was a valet staff member who was rude and unprofessional, yelling at guests. I had to tell him to calm down because we are the reason you have a job here. As someone who spent 25 years at the N.O Hilton Riverside and was a head supervisor in security, I know how guests should be treated; that guy would be terminated at my former location. Despite that, I enjoyed my stay and would return. I didn’t catch his name, but he was an older African‑descent gentleman with glasses.

The staff were excellent. The general manager was exceptional, far above the average of hotels I've stayed in, even though I've stayed in much pricier places. Do corpo de funcionários

comfortable mattress. If the staff has no intention of following through on a guest's wake-up call request, then don't promise one
